REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Will Fur Fighters™ cover any of the defects on the products I've purchased from them?
Our warmers go through three layers of quality check. Since they are thoroughly inspected and packed with bubblewrap with no additional charges before they’re shipped out, we won’t be able to cover any aesthetic defects (such as a broken body, lid) caused by the courier company.

In the event that there is a mechanical defect, such as the item does not heat up as it should, all you have to do is just contact and provide us with all relevant details, including a single-shot video showing the warmer being plugged in, switched on and the pot containing some wax being heated for at least 1 minute. Switch, warmer, wax pot must be shown in the video at all times during recording.

This is to prove that the item is really not working before the decision to approve the return/refund request is made. Return and exchange courier fee is not covered by the seller and will be borne by the buyer.

I don’t want it anymore/the item is damaged, can I return or exchange it with something else?
All goods sold are non-refundable.

We also do not accept returns or exchange for damages incurred due to poor handling by a third party as adequate measures to ensure that the item works, and is well protected at the time of shipping, have been taken by us.

However, we would still provide some incentive but it will be reviewed based on a case-to-case basis as every case is unique.
